Preparation method (Arabic coffee)

1. A liter of boiling water.
2. Add 3–4 tablespoons of coffee, and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
3. Leave it for 2-3 minutes, then filter it into a jug/thermos.
4. Serve hot in small cups. (Adjust coffee/water to taste.)
