Preparation method (Arabic coffee)

1. Boil a liter of water.
2. Add 3–4 tablespoons of coffee and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
3. Leave it for 2-3 minutes, then strain it into a jug/thermos.
4. Serve hot in small cups (adjust coffee/water to taste).

Presentation and storage

Serve with dates. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture.
